Product Ship Times & Shipping Completed Orders Only

Everything is made to order, so each product has its own production time before it ships.

Orders are shipped only when the completed order is ready. To reduce shipping costs and additional transactions, we do not “split ship” orders.

Example:

If you order 20 Bundles of the Brazilian Body Wave Premium, which take about 1 – 2 days to make, along with a Wig that is ready in 5 days, your entire order will ship when the wig is ready.

Processing time for all orders takes between 3-10 business days before being shipped!
