Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the shipment's price.

Orders under $500 have a $29 shipping charge, and orders over $300 ship for free!


Product Ship Times & Shipping Completed Orders Only

On each product page, we display the average shipping time of a product.

Orders are shipped only when the completed is ready. To reduce shipping costs and additional transactions, we do not “split ship” orders.

Example:

If you order 20 Bundles of the Brazilian Body Wave Premium, which are in stock and take about 1 – 2 days to ship, along with a Wig that is ready in 5 days, your entire order will ship when the wig is ready.

Processing time for all orders takes between 3-10 business days before being shipped!

Tariffs or Duties on Imports

Clients are responsible for all tariffs or duties incurred during the importing of products.

Having the client pay for these charges by their state is common as it’s not the supplier’s responsibility.
