Orders of $500 or more ship free. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $29.
Shipping policy
Product Ship Times & Shipping Completed Orders Only
Orders are shipped only when the completed product is ready. To reduce shipping costs and additional transactions, we do not “split ship” orders.
Example:
If you order 20 Bundles of the Brazilian Body Wave Premium that take about 1 – 2 days to make, along with a Wig that is ready in 5 days, then your entire order will ship when the wig is ready.
Please plan accordingly for the shipping process.

Tariffs or Duties on Imports
Orders shipping to Canada or the United Kingdom may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Insurance:
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
