Private Label Wholesale is direct from the Manufacturer system that allows you to get amazing prices from overseas with customer service of a local team. As one of the fastest-growing companies in America, we have been given the opportunity to partner with manufacturing companies to offer our clients unbeatable prices for the quality of products.

Our goal is to create the most affordable, user-friendly system possible. This allows us to cut costs and offer pricing that will allow you to be successful in the hair industry.

Here are some common questions clients have asked:

Can you explain more about the Hair Quality offered?

Sure!

We offer three levels of quality including Basic, Premium, and Raw.

You should be able to find the perfect hair based on your budget within these three levels of quality.

What is the Minimum Order?

Because this is a Wholesale site and working directly with a manufacturer the minimum order is $500.

What is the Maximum Order Online?

We use an advanced fraud system that covers us up to $3,000. If you need to make a purchase over $3,000 please feel free to contact us for additional options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept PayPal confirmed payments and credit cards. Please contact PayPal to make sure you have a PayPal confirmed address.

Is this the same as my dropshipping account on Dropship Bundles or Dropship Beauty?

No. These are completely different systems. Dropshipping is the method of shipping small, branded orders directly to your client.

This wholesale system will only ship products directly to you with the order amount a minimum of $500.

I don’t have a business. Can I still order?

Sorry. This website is for business owners, licensed stylists, and salon owners only.

How can I join the site to get access to purchase?

You must first apply to join. If you are approved as a business one of our amazing Atlanta based sales reps will email you a link to get on their calendar for an introductory call. During the call, your account will be set up and walked through how the system works.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated by weight. You can get the full details on our Shipping Costs page.

What if I want to return an item? Do I have to mail it overseas?

Nope! We proudly accept returns at our Atlanta Headquarters. Here is more information on the Return Policy.

How long do orders take to ship?

It depends on the product!

First, orders ship once the last product is ready. Sorry, no split-shipments!

In the product description of each product, you will find the estimated time to ship. If something is in-stock and ready to ship then that would happen generally in 1 business day. If you order a few in-stock items along with something that takes longer to ship, like a blonde wig, then the complete order will ship once the last item within the order is ready.

Is there a fee for the membership or to join?

Nope!

There are no fees associated with being a member. We just want to make sure you are a business as we are not open to the public.

Can I shop in-store and receive these prices?

Sorry, that’s not part of the program.

This is a manufacturer direct program that is streamlined to reduce costs so we can offer the best pricing possible.

What is needed to get approved as a member?

We need to make sure you are a business. Here are some items that will quickly get you approved.

  • E-Commerce Website
  • Your own Salon
  • Licensed Stylist
  • Cosmetology License
  • Own a Physical hair or Beauty Store
  • Business is registered with the state
  • Tax ID

This website is not open to the public so we must confirm you are in the industry.
