Jerry curl is a tight, defined curl pattern with a lot of bounce, tighter than body wave. The name comes from the Jheri curl, the glossy curly style of the late 1970s and 1980s. This collection is jerry curl textured human hair for installs and units; we don't sell Jheri curl perm kits.

Jerry curl bundles

Jerry curl bundles come in virgin and raw grades. Virgin jerry curl runs 10" to 30" and can be lifted to a #27. Raw jerry curl runs 12" to 28" and can be lifted to a #613. Each bundle is 100 grams on a machine double-stitched weft. The curl can be straightened for a sleek look and returns after washing.

Closures and frontals

Jerry curl closures come in 2x6, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7, in HD or transparent lace, with raw options in 4x4 and 5x5. Jerry curl frontals come in 13x4 transparent, raw 13x4 transparent and 13x6 transparent. Match raw bundles with a raw closure or frontal so the grade is the same across the install.

Jerry curl wigs

Jerry curl wigs include a 13x4 transparent lace front wig and a headband wig, both in 130%, 150% or 180% density, plus a 2x6 HD closure glueless wig and a V-part wig in 180% density with small, medium and large caps.

Clip-ins and ponytails

For clients who want curl without a full install, jerry curl clip-ins come in 10" to 30" in 120-gram or 160-gram sets, and the jerry curl ponytail comes in 10" to 30".

Planning the install

Tight curls look shorter than their stretched length, so go up a length or two when a client wants a specific finished length. As general guidance, plan three bundles for a full sew-in, or two to three with a closure or frontal. At handoff, tell clients to finger-detangle and keep the curls moisturized so the pattern holds.
